Frequently asked questions

Arrivals at the hotel are between 15:00 and 19:00.

Rooms must be vacated by 11am.

The reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00.

Half board applies for a minimum 2 day stay.

All confirmations : 30% of the total bill upon booking.

The property no longer accepts cheques.

- Stay of more than 3 nights, more than 48 hours before arrival the deposit will be refunded.

- Stays of 1 to 2 nights more than 24 hours before  arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

- Less than 24 hours from the date of arrival, the total deposit will be retained regardless of the reason for cancellation.

- In the case of a no show the first night is charged.

3 lock-up garages for cars 6 €

Free closed garage for bicycles and motorcycles.

All our rooms are equipped with LCD TV with TNT and foreign channels.

Free Wifi throughout the hotel.

For cyclists the 25km green route Vallée de la Plaine passes next to our hotel.

Our animal friends, dogs and cats are welcome for a fee of 6 € per night and under condition of being a reasonable size max 20 kg.
